YMCA nationally certified trainers will work one-on-one with you to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. Your session will consist of the best exercises for you, as well as special techniques and programs tailored to your needs and wants.

We offer:

  • strength/stamina training
  • lifestyle change assistance
  • tips/teaching to revitalizing your routine
  • support and guidance to keep you motivated
  • highly trained staff

Our trainers are nationally certified and/or hold degrees in the field of exercise science. They will work with your schedule and style to help you reach your goals.
