Once a company becomes part of the Corporate Wellness Program, their employees can join the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee and will receive a free trial week and one month free*, when they sign up for membership. A YMCA membership offers lots of great benefits, including access to all of our ten area membership centers, advanced registration for great Y programs and reduced fees for those programs.
One-on-One Support - To help your employees get and stay on the path to wellness, the YMCA offers all levels of one-on-one support. Whether it is to get them started with complimentary wellness orientations with a coach, to personal training to help keep them going or anything else in between, our trained and caring staff are here to help them set and achieve their goals. Rewards - The YMCA offers a rewards program based on your employees' usage of the YMCA. YBucks are offered twice a year for those who qualify. The more times your employee visits the Y, the greater the health benefits! And, they also now benefit via valuable YMCA reimbursements.
Partnership Discount Program - your company provides a monthly subsidy for fitness membership, the YMCA will match 50% of the monthly subsidy, up to $10 per month.
Health Assessments - The YMCA Corporate Wellness Program has options for your health assessment needs, from free on-line reports to health assessments with coaching and biometrics.
