Plus it makes you feel great! The YMCA's Corporate Employee Wellness Program is a great way for companies to promote these benefits in their employees...and their families. Learn more about the benefits of a wellness program.

Once a company becomes part of the Corporate Wellness Program, their employees can join the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee and will receive a free trial week and one month free*, which they sign up for membership. A YMCA membership offers lots of great benefits, including access to all of our ten area membership branches, advanced registration for great Y programs and reduced fees for those programs.

Coaching - To help your employees get and stay on the path to wellness, the YMCA offers all levels of coaching. The YMCA helps the entire family - The health and happiness of your employee has a lot to do with the health and happiness of their entire family. The YMCA offers programs and classes for people of all ages and abilities. From preschool enrichment classes to swim lessons; from youth sports to yoga and taekwondo, the entire family can benefit from a YMCA membership. Learn more about why the YMCA is the right wellness partner for your company.

Rewards - The YMCA offers a rewards program based on your employees' usage of the YMCA. YBucks are offered twice a year for those who qualify. The more times your employee visits the Y, the greater the health benefits! And, they also now benefit via valuable YMCA reimbursements. 

Partnership Discount Program -  If your company provides a monthly subsidy for fitness membership that qualifies employee for immediate discounts during sign up process, the YMCA will match 50% of monthly subsidy (up to $10 per month). For example, if your company provides $10 per month , the Y will match $5 and employee receives a $15 discount at time of sign up for membership

Health Assessments - The YMCA Corporate Wellness Program has options for your health assessment needs, from free on-line reports to health assessments with coaching and biometrics.

* To qualify, new member must not have participated as a corporate member in the past six months.

Bring YMCA programs and services to your company's locations. All services are customizable to meet the needs of your organization and your employees.

On-Site Fitness - Would your employees value fitness classes offered at your place of business? The YMCA can provide instructors for your on-site classes, or help to manage your on-site Fitness Center. Just ask us how we can help!

Retreats and Conferences - From time to time, your company may host all-day meetings. You know how energy tends to drop as the day goes on. Let the Y help! Instead of loading up your participants with junk food or caffeine to keep them going, the Y can provide an energy break. We'll work with you to determine the length of time and activities that best suit your location and your staff. We'll get your blood moving and muscles stretching before you go back to work. And don't forget that YMCA facilities - including our camps and outdoor climbing centers - are available for rental for your next off-site meeting or retreat.

Health Fairs and Lunch & Learns - The next time your company is planning a health fair or lunch & learn, don't forget that the YMCA is your partner in employee wellness! We can staff a booth, teach an on-site class, provide one-on-one health assessments, offer lectures on wellness-related topics and more!
