CDC Staff work in three neighborhoods (below), helping resident to address community concerns. In 2005, CDC staff knocked on nearly 4,000 doors in our community
outreach effort.

Y Warmer Winters

Y Warmer Winters is an annual program that helps to winterize homes, saving each homeowner or renter as much as $450 per heating season.
