Most group exercise classes are included in your membership, classes vary by location, click here to view general class descriptions. Certain classes will require a reservation to secure your spot. The cost is $1 per class and are indicated in bold print on the schedules. Group exercise schedules are reviewed monthly and may change according to demand. Check back often!
