Y Fit Ball
Have a ball as you strengthen your core! Use the large fit balls to strengthen the middle of your body and help build a strong foundation for all other activities. The stability ball improves balance and functional (everyday) strength.

Y Chisel
Let's sculpt a better you! This class is designed to strengthen various muscle groups using hand weights, resistance bands, and stabilization techniques. Y Chisel offers a full-body workout that builds bone density and reshapes muscles to increase efficiency in daily activities.
