BODYFLOW

Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates are blended into a class that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling stronger, centered and calm. The instructor will help you master the skills of controlled breathing and focus, while leading you through a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses for a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Pilates
Building on the principles of Joseph Pilates, the exercises will help you develop a strong “core” or center of your body. Pilates will elongate and strengthen your muscles and improve flexibility and joint mobility.

Yoga
Make true relaxation a reality in your life. All body types and skill levels are encouraged to participate. These poses are safe and gentle, yet challenging enough to encourage stronger muscles and bones, while simple relaxation techniques release tension from the mind and body.

Power Yoga            (Fee-based class)
This class builds on the basics of yoga by offering a more aggressive flow to warm you quickly and give you a full-body workout. This progressive class is designed for yoga students looking to take their movement to the next level.

Continuing Yoga      (Fee-based class)
This class is for people who are serious about developing their yoga practice. There is an emphasis on deepening awareness of the body, and understanding of alignment principles. Participants should be able to perform the Sun Salutation series. Movements are more flowing than in the beginning classes.
