NEW to the Y! TRX® - Small Group Personal Training
TRX® Suspension Training® builds a strong core, strength, flexibility and endurance. This new workout harnesses the way your body naturally moves to improve your athletic performance. This is a complete training system using your body for suspension training. You can take your workout to the next level or choose the modified movements if you're a beginner or have limitations.
