Sports of all Sorts

In Sports of all Sorts, we focus on fun, sportsmanship and teamwork. We introduce children to different sports throughout the course, all while learning the values of the Y.


Flag Football
This skill development program is designed to introduce your child to the FUNdamentals of football while participating in fun skill exercises, relays and game-like situations.


Volleyball
Players work on serving, passing, spiking the ball and much more, developing both teamwork and individual skills.


Soccer
Dribble, pass and shoot your way through this session. Soccer uses age-appropriate
skill development and team play concepts for a fun, positive experience.


Basketball
This skill development program is designed to introduce your child to the FUNdamentals
of basketball while participating in fun skill exercises, relays and game-like situations.


Gymnastics
Learn skills and build confidence through gymnastics.


Tae Kwon Do
Through Tae Kwon Do, participants will grow and improve in self-confidence and discipline.
Martial arts programs improve much more than kicks, punches and throws. Our progressive
programs teach proper techniques, self-defense awareness and practical application.
