Get into the groove and let your hips move! This low impact belly dancing class intertwines traditional and contemporary styles of this age-old art form. We start with basic introductory skills that become more intricate as the session progresses. Techniques learned in this class help benefit balance, posture and core strength. Registration required. You can control the level of intensity by the height of your bench and the size of your movements.

Though this class offers advanced and dynamic movement patterns, participants are in control of their impact levers which makes this challenging class achievable for all levels.
