Core strength and power developed in this class will increase your physical performance in work, athletic and leisure activities. Exercises will focus on all the muscles of the abdominals, lower back and engage the hip flexors. This foundational class is designed to compliment and enhance the other fitness activities that you perform. It is recommended that you layer this class after or within your training program.
