Y WELLNESS 24/7 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Provided in collaboration with Ys throughout the country, Y Wellness 24/7 is an online platform that provides live and on-demand classes in training, mindfulness, nutrition, and stress management. Whether at home or on the go, Y members can access exclusive virtual content and are able to engage with top Y instructors from around the country.
Yes, you need to be an active YMCA member to access Y Wellness 24/7. If you are an active YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee member, Y Wellness 24/7 is included as part of your membership. For those whose memberships are currently on hold, you will need to resume your membership in order to access Y Wellness 24/7.
Y Wellness 24/7 is included with your membership to the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. There is no additional charge to access Y Wellness 24/7 content.
Y Wellness 24/7 is available anywhere with an internet connection by using your desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile device, or smart TV; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How to login

- Go to www.ywellness247.org.
- Select “Get Started” from the top menu bar.
- Create an account by clicking “Create your Login Here” where you will be taken to the BurnAlong* website to register.
- Complete registration information. Make sure you:
- Select “YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee” as your YMCA location.
- Include your “YMCA Keycode” (Y membership barcode found on the back of your membership card).
- Enter the email address you use for your Y membership. If you do not have an email on your Y membership account or your email has changed, please login to your membership account and edit your profile information.
- Follow the prompts to set up your personalized experience!
*The BurnAlong platform supports Y Wellness 24/7.
You don't need to, but Y Wellness 24/7 can be accessed through the BurnAlong mobile app. Download the app to experience Y Wellness 24/7 on your mobile device. Once downloaded, use the email address and password you used when you set up your account above to log into the app.
There are a few ways to connect to your TV from a mobile device. You can use a wired connection or, depending on your device, you can also stream classes directly to a smart TV.
Apple iOS devices can cast to Chromecast enabled devices and have the ability to use Apple’s native Screen Mirror feature.
Android app versions higher than 4.3.6 are able to cast to the following devices:
• Roku
• Fire TV Stick
• Chromecast
Due to the variety of devices and operating systems we recommend consulting the help documents or website associated with your specific mobile device and/or smart TV.
Y Wellness 24/7 offers a wide selection of live and on-demand classes including cycling, Tai Chi, yoga, cardio sculpt, boot camp, and licensed classes such as RUMBLE, PIYO, and TURBO KICK. Plus, senior classes such as ZUMBA GOLD, Better Balance, Senior Circuit, and more!
Additionally, you can access 1000s of classes on the nationwide Y Wellness 24/7 powered by BurnAlong platform including training, mindfulness, nutrition, and stress management for all ages.
Every class is unique, so the equipment you'll need is listed with each video, along with the difficulty level, length of the class, and instructor's name. If no equipment is listed, it may be helpful to watch the beginning of the video to determine what equipment is recommended for that class.
There are many classes that don’t need any equipment at all. We encourage you to explore the classes to see what ones will work for you and the equipment you have at home.
For small weights, try using items you have at home, such as canned goods.
Remember, getting up and moving is what matters most (along with having fun!). Get your heart rate up and don’t stress if you aren’t lifting your normal weight.

This could be due to your browser settings. Adjust the settings on your phone to allow your current browser access to your camera and microphone.
