School’s Out Days Information
HOW TO REGISTER
Registration is not finalized until confirmation is received from the School Age Registration Office. If you are having problems with online registration, please contact us at schoolage@ymcamke.org.
ONLINE
- If you have an online account with us, log in using your email address or phone number. If you do not have a login, learn how to create or manage your account.
- Have an account but need to add a child to it? Fill out this online form for assistance.
- Once logged in, scroll to the Membership section and click on your child’s name to complete the Child Profile information.
- The Child Profile carries over to other YMCA programs, like Summer Day Camp, so if you register for additional programming, you will have an easier time registering.
- Be prepared to have your child’s immunization records ready before starting registration.
- Once the Child Profile is complete, save changes and go back to your account. Repeat steps for any additional children on the account.
- Under the Activities tab, select “Register for a program”.
- Select the “School's Out Day” tag under the Categories tab.
- On this page, you’ll be able to select the school/site location you prefer.
- Select the date(s) of attendance and click “Register”.
- Select the child you will be registering for these selections.
- Continue through until date(s) are in your cart.
- If you have additional programming to register for and/or children you wish to register for School’s Out Day programming, select the next child and repeat the process.
IN PERSON
Online registration is preferred. If you are unable to register online, please contact us directly at schoolage@ymcamke.org or 414-274-0759.
REMINDERS
- Program fees are $60/full day.
- Registration is limited and is based on availability; please register early.
- Children must be registered at least one (1) week before the day of the program.
- Minimum program enrollment is twelve. If minimum enrollment is not met by the registration deadline, we will notify registered families of program cancellation at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled program date.

YMCA FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Individuals and families may apply for financial assistance for membership or programs, such as School's Out Days. Assistance is based upon a number of factors, including total household income and number of dependents. The process is confidential.
WISCONSIN SHARES CHILD CARE ASSISTANCE
The YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee offers many Summer Day Camps that are licensed by the Department of Children and Families and accept Wisconsin Shares Child Care Assistance.
Contact your Wisconsin Shares office for approval as you must have authorization before we can register your child for Summer Day Camp.
