AOA Functional Fitness

Improve your daily life by strengthening your muscles, increasing your range of motion, and staying active. Suitable for most fitness levels, exercises can easily be adapted to fit your needs or by using a chair for support. Need more of a challenge? Add resistance by using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, or a ball.


Alternate standing upper-body strength work with upbeat, low-impact choreography to maximize your fitness benefits. Suitable for nearly everyone, your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill. A chair is available for standing support, as well as hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball for strength training.


Increase muscle strength, range of movement, and endurance with low-impact training. You can easily modify the workout to suit your fitness level and use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, or a ball for resistance. You’ll also have a chair for seated exercises and standing support.


Relieve stress as you move through seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. We’ll finish with restorative breathing exercises and relaxation to promote reduce stress and mental clarity. A chair is used to meet a variety of fitness levels.


Dance to the beat! All the ZUMBA® excitement and Latin-inspired moves you love, taught at a slower pace. The lower-intensity, easy-to-follow choreography allow you to focus on balance, range of motion, muscular conditioning, and coordination. Come ready to sweat and leave feeling strong.


Advanced Freestyle Step

Step up your workout with freestyle cardio and muscle conditioning. Recommended for experienced steppers, the fast-paced class strengthens coordination, balance, and agility by using an adjustable height step. You’ll be coached through high-intensity sequences to get close to anaerobic calorie burn, alternating with recovery breaks to regain energy. Mat work is required.


Low-impact, high-energy cardio fitness that’s as easy as riding a bike! Experience a calorie burning workout that strengthens your heart, tones your legs, and boosts your endurance. Powerful music motivates you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. Suitable for all levels, you control the intensity by changing the resistance on the stationary bike.


Get fit, fast, and strong! Fuel your cardio fitness with a fiercely energetic martial arts-inspired workout that's totally non-contact. You'll learn empowering moves from Karate, Taekwondo, boxing, Muay Thai, capoeira, and Kung Fu that will help you develop coordination and destroy calories. Engage your whole body as you punch, kick, block, and strike to driving music. Mat work required.


A mix of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to tone your legs, work your glutes, build stamina, and improve coordination. The combination of movements like burpees, push-ups, and weight plate exercises creates an uplifting, full-body workout. To get your heart rate up, we play invigorating music and inject a whole lot of personality so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

Hip-Hop Step

The ultimate fusion of step aerobics and hip-hop dance! Fun and exhilarating, we’ll incorporate vibrant hip-hop elements with basic step movements on and off a bench. Great for all fitness levels.

Water Aerobics

Make the most of water’s resistance! Jump in the pool for a total body workout that will increase your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. All fitness levels are welcome, however you must feel comfortable in water that is chest deep.

Water Aerobics Flow

Gain flexibility, improve strength, and increase your heart rate, without putting stress on your joints. Perfect for all fitness levels -- no swimming skills needed, but you should be comfortable exercising in water that is chest deep.

Water Cardio Rhythm

A high-energy workout with low impact moves. You’ll strengthen, tighten, and tone by using water’s natural resistance. It’s a great option if you’re looking to relieve stress and take a break from high impact activities.

The ideal class for anyone looking to get lean and fit, fast! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, the total-body barbell workout will burn calories, tone muscles, and improve bone health. We'll pump out encouragement and great music while coaching you through the scientifically-backed moves, techniques, and mat work. You’ll leave feeling challenged and ready to come back for more.


Feel energized as you perform repetitive exercises that promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Using a mat or other equipment, Pilates tones and develops muscles through techniques that stem from your core.


Hatha YOGA

For thousands of years, the practice of Hatha yoga has balanced the mind and body. Focus on aligning your energy to find a sense of calm as we transition through seated and standing poses. Each class features a combination of techniques, including yoga postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), chanting or reciting (mantra), hand gestures (mudra), and cleansing practices (shatkriyas, shatkarmas).


Feel more confident and less stressed while improving your flexibility and core strength. We’ll transition between standing and floorwork as we move through a series of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates exercises set to an inspiring soundtrack. You’ll focus your mind and concentrate on your breath to create a lasting sense of calm.

Power YOGA

Boost your spirit, mind, and body with energizing yoga movements. We’ll put less emphasis on the restorative benefits of yoga and more on building strength, increasing stamina, and burning calories. You’ll feel empowered as you flow quickly through chaturanga, warrior poses, cobra, utkatasana, crescent lunges, and more. There will be transitions from mat work to standing poses throughout class.


Find strength and serenity. Originally developed as a martial art, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that puts minimal stress on joints and muscles. Each posture flows into the next, ensuring that you're in constant motion. The gentle movements will help ease stress, improve balance and posture, and increase flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow

Unite your mind and body by using your breath to guide you through a dynamic yoga practice. Focused breathing allows you to ease into postures that build flexibility, strength, and balance. You'll flow seamlessly from the mat to standing poses as you increase your heart rate and release tension. All levels are welcome.
