SilverSneakers® Circuit

SilverSneakers® Circuit will increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. Suitable for nearly every fitness level, your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Hip Hop Step



Les Mills BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you will learn how to punch, kick, and strike your way to fitness and strength. This non-contact workout requires no experience and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tae kwon do, Tai Chi, Muay Thai, and Kung Fu. Les Mills BODYSTEP is the energizing step workout that uses a height-adjustable step and high intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning tracks designed to shape and tone the entire lower body.


The YCycling program is a no-impact cardiovascular workout performed to music on a stationary bike. Great for all levels of fitness and intensity is controlled individually at each bike.



STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep -- and maybe even five more.


The ultimate cross training workout challenge is here! This class is 35 minutes of all out intensity. It will challenge anyone’s fitness level and enhance your physical performance no matter where you are physically. Each class is completely different and is designed around different equipment and sports-inspired cross training.

Be prepared to move through multiple rounds of exercise dynamics that will challenge speed, power, agility, stamina, endurance and overall fitness level. Specifically designed drills, movement patterns and exercise variations will help break through training plateaus and increase performance capacity in all of your physical and leisure activities.

Your core is the epicenter of all movement in your body. This class is designed to engage, build, strengthen, define and tone all the muscles of your core. Core strength and power developed in this class will increase your physical performance in work, athletic and leisure activities. Exercises will focus on all the muscles of the abdominals, lower back and engage the hip flexors. This foundational class is designed to compliment and enhance the other fitness activities that you perform. It is recommended that you layer this class after or within your training program.


Dance Jam

A fun, high intensity dance class. Similar to Zumba but with a twist that will have you dancing, burning calories, and getting fit all at the same time!


A combination of high and low impact aerobics that incorporates strength elements and is set to energetic and hyped music.

Line Dancing

Keep moving and make friends while you learn fun dance steps performed to a variety of music. The beginner to intermediate level choreography will enhance your balance and coordination.


A fun and effective workout system that combines a tough workout with a party-like atmosphere. This Latin dance inspired class is an easy to follow, calorie burning fitness party.



BODYPUMP, the original Les Mills barbell class, is a form of weight training that will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength, and quickly produce lean-body muscle conditioning.

TRX Teen Training

Designed to offer you a mix of strength, core stability, and balance working against your own bodyweight. This program provides education on exercise functionality, dynamic movement, agility, and flexibility. Perfect for youth looking to increase their overall athletic performance. For ages 12-18.


Let’s sculpt a better you! This class is designed to strengthen various muscle groups using hand weights, resistance bands, and stabilization techniques. A full-body workout that builds bone density and reshapes muscles to increase efficiency in daily activities.



Les Mills BODYFLOW is the challenging Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

This class builds on the basics of yoga by offering a more aggressive flow to warm you up quickly and give you a full-body workout. This progressive class is designed for yoga students looking to take their movement to the next level.

Tai Chi

Part martial art, part exercise program, and part meditation. When practiced regularly, Tai Chi can increase flexibility, build strength, and improve balance and coordination. Tai Chi can also relieve stress and enhance concentration levels.

YStretch Flow

A blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi set to inspiring music. Flow through poses and sequences for strength, balance and flexibility. YStretch Flow is a journey that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, balanced, and energized.

Studio 7 Restore

Physical, emotional, and work stressors all take a toll on our bodies. Give yourself the gift of recovery to help restore and nourish your body. These classes enhance the efficiency and speed of recovery with strategies such as trigger point, self-massage, stretching, dynamic integration movements, and relaxation techniques.
