InBody 230 Testing – only $10

The InBody 230 provides a quick and easy, non-invasive body analysis report.Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get in shape, or build muscle, a wellness consult and an InBody 230 assessment can help you understand how your exercise routine, diet and lifestyle are influencing your body make-up. Knowing if you need to lose fat and where you may need to build muscle can help you tailor your diet and exercise plans to meet your goals. After your InBody 230, you’ll receive a print out of your measurements including:

Wellness Challenge Series

If you need a little extra motivation to get you started on your fitness goals, our Wellness Challenge Series may be just the answer! Meet workout buddies, learn different exercise routines and techniques, or take a new class with support from your fellow Y members and dedicated Fitness Center staff. Programs are designed to motivate, educate and challenge participants to achieve their health and wellness goals.

  • Weight loss boss – january

    The Y is here to help jumpstart your January with the Weight Loss Boss, the newest offering in our Wellness Challenge Series. Compete as an individual against other members in this 6-week individual fat loss challenge. Participants schedule a fitness consultation with our wellness staff, along with an Inbody, body composition scan, to determine their starting point. Wellness staff then help customize a fitness program for the duration of the challenge and provide participants with a food tracking log. The top male and female at each Center with the highest percentage of improvement in body composition (decrease in body fat) win.

  • Idle Ironman – March

    Are you one of the many people whose new year’s resolution is to become healthier and fitter in the new year? We have the perfect program to keep you on track toward meeting your goals…Idle Ironman! Fitness staff will help participants plan their workouts to total the distance of an Ironman (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.4 mile run). Sign up and start planning your workouts today!

  • The Slim Down Challenge – May

    Everyone wants to look and feel their best, but exercising, eating right and losing weight to make that happen isn’t always easy. The Y is here to help with the Slim Down Challenge. Teams of four will compete against each other for the highest percentage of improvement in body composition (increase in lean muscle mass and decrease in body fat). Participants will also have exclusive access to workshops designed specifically to help you stay on track. At the end of six weeks, prizes will be awarded.

  • Forty Days of Fitness – July

    Hit the gym or hit the deck! Are you ready for 40 Days of Fitness? This family/team or individual challenge will get you moving for 40 days with a broad range of activities like swimming, group exercise and outdoor games. Complete all 40 fitness challenges as an individual or get quality family time and complete the challenge together! Receive weekly emails full of fun fitness tips and ideas.


    Fall can be a great time to change your workouts and try something new. Bring your workout indoors with Fall Into Fitness. Sign up individually or with a friend. You’ll be set up on a team led by a Y staff member or a Y member that will fit your exercise schedule during this fun 6-week program. Receive weekly emails with tasty, healthy seasonal recipes. Show us your team spirit this fall at the Y!

  • Holiday Trimmings Challenge – Thanksgiving-New Year’s

    We all struggle over the holiday season. It seems like everywhere you turn there are cookies, candy or chocolate calling your name. This holiday health challenge isn’t a weight loss challenge, it is a weight maintenance challenge. Even better, you will have a chance to win Y prizes just by entering, maintaining and even losing weight this holiday season.
