At the Y, we know that staying healthy involves more than just working out. That’s why we offer the latest technology in body composition testing, along with wellness programs that will challenge and motivate you to get fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
FitPath, is a FREE program for all YMCA members, that’s designed to help you understand your current fitness level and set a path to achieving your health and wellness goals. Members will participate in 3 FREE appointments with a YMCA Wellness Specialist and personal trainer. You’ll discuss and define goals, interests and concerns, and tailor a custom workout that’s right for you. Whether you want to lift weights, take group exercise classes, swim or play sports, we’ll get you started on the right path to help you achieve your goals.

InBody 230 Testing – only $10
The InBody 230 provides a quick and easy, non-invasive body analysis report. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get in shape, or build muscle, a wellness consult and an InBody 230 assessment can help you understand how your exercise routine, diet and lifestyle are influencing your body make-up. Knowing if you need to lose fat and where you may need to build muscle can help you tailor your diet and exercise plans to meet your goals. After your InBody 230, you’ll receive a print out of your measurements including:
- Basal metabolic Rate
- Body fat mass
- Body mass index
- Dry lean mass
- Lean body mass
- Segmental lean analysis
- Skeletal muscle mass
- Total body water

Wellness Challenge Series
If you need a little extra motivation to get you started on your fitness goals, our Wellness Challenge Series may be just the answer! Meet workout buddies, learn different exercise routines and techniques, or take a new class with support from your fellow Y members and dedicated Fitness branch staff. Programs are designed to motivate, educate and challenge participants to achieve their health and wellness goals.
